Rates
Standard shipping is free on all orders over $30 delivered within the continental United States. Orders under $30 are charged a flat $5.
We do not offer a standard rate to Alaska or Hawaii [or to the US territories]. Customers in those locations should contact info@berstukstore.com before ordering for a shipping cost to their address.
PRIORITY: A priority shipping upgrade is available at checkout for an additional $15.
Deliveries to PO boxes are accepted and are charged at the same rates, though they may take longer to arrive.
Processing and delivery
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes a further 5 to 7 business days. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the next business day.
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery times are outside our control, and we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, by weather or by circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking
An order confirmation is emailed at the time of purchase, and tracking details are emailed once the order ships. If you have not received either, contact info@berstukstore.com.
Delivery addresses
Please check your address before completing your order. We are not able to change an address once an order has been dispatched, and orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may incur a further postage charge to send again.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered but you cannot find it, contact us at info@berstukstore.com within 30 days of the delivery date and we will put it right.
International orders
We do not ship to the United Kingdom or Europe from this website. A selection of our products is available on Amazon.co.uk. Where we do ship internationally, any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price paid at checkout.
Orders placed on Amazon
Orders placed through Amazon are governed by Amazon's shipping policy, not by this one.
