Shipping

Everything is packed by hand here, and we would rather tell you exactly what to expect than make you guess.

What it costs

Free standard shipping on every order over $30 within the continental United States.

Under $30, shipping is a flat $5.

Alaska and Hawaii [and the US territories]: our carrier charges considerably more to reach you, so please write to us at info@berstukstore.com before you order and we will give you an exact cost to your address.

PRIORITY: Need it sooner? A priority upgrade is available at checkout for an extra $15, which usually brings delivery down to 1 to 2 business days.

How long it takes

We pack your order within 2 business days. Delivery then usually takes 5 to 7 business days, so most orders arrive inside a fortnight of ordering, and often sooner.

Orders placed at the weekend are processed on the next business day.

Deliveries to a PO box are fine, and are treated the same as any other address, though they can take a little longer than 5 to 7 days.

Tracking your order

You will get an email confirming your order straight away, and a second email with tracking as soon as it ships. If neither arrives, check your spam folder first, then write to us at info@berstukstore.com and we will send your details over.

We do not ship there from this website, but a selection of our kits is on Amazon.co.uk, Prime eligible.

If you bought from us on Amazon

Amazon's own shipping policy applies to that order, and delivery times and costs may differ from the ones on this page. Amazon customer service is the fastest route for anything to do with an Amazon order.

Pre-orders

Sometimes we list a kit that is briefly out of stock, or one that has not launched yet. Ordering it means you are happy to wait until it ships.

Pre-order dates are our best estimate and can move. We keep them as accurate as we can, and we will tell you if anything changes. Pre-orders are paid in full, which is what reserves your unit, and they ship first come, first served.

Pre-orders are covered by the same 30 day return policy as everything else, counted from the day your order arrives.
